Some people think that family contact is all about having making movies and songs and art but we're also about just hangin' out and having a good time. Sometimes you need to have some down time to relax and have some fun. I think everyone should just take some time out of there day or week or month or whatever to have a good time and relax. just hang.

Getting in shape to be in videos again

So I feel really out of shape, in need of help. Aaron and I need a workout area, Dennis said something about him getting one from Michael Page, a bench press that he didn't use, but he's not following up and Aaron and myself are becoming flabby pigs. I started doing push-ups and sit-ups in my bedroom but those get too easy and I don't feel like doing more then 400.
We're going to be hot muscle guys, come workout with us, or donate money for us to get gym memberships and we'll workout with you, spot you, while you improve yourself. We'll hang out with wolfs and tear our shirts more.

Shining Screen

This is to all my friends who are constantly looking for updates about Family Contact and screenings. There's one soon, pretty much tomorrow, I should have told you earlier. But it's Wednesday night at FILM FORT, and we'll have Efehan's new animation "The Gunslinger's" starring aaron and I along with my hilarious video about helping myself out which has incredible special effects.

Check it out, there are a lot of other great artists showing there work there too. The fort has a lot of cushions and great refreshments, and feels like your home.
